William T. Finn is a founding partner of the firm. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 1978, and received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1982. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, commercial real estate developments and financings, defense of lender liability claims, debt enforcement actions, bankruptcy, and general business and corporate law. He is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, as well as member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association. Mr. Finn is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants.
