Robert S. Rushing joined the firm as an associate in 2007, and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, banking, real estate, corporate and business law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 2001 from the University of South Alabama, and received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the Appalachian School of Law in 2005. Robert is a member of the Florida Bar, the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar and the American Bar Association.
