Ian C. Barras, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and a Registered Patent Attorney, has been asked to serve as the Chair of a committee formed by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana for the purpose of proposing a set of Local Patent Rules to be considered by the Court.
