Linda A. Hoffman is of counsel and practices in the firm’s Pensacola office. She received her B.S. degree in education in 1978 and received her J.D. from the University of Florida in 1985. For over ten years, she was in-house counsel for Hibernia National Bank where she was an Executive Vice President who managed the Bank’s legal department and its commercial loan operations, retail loan operations and loan documentation functions. Her practice focuses on banking, commercial financings, debt restructures, debt enforcement actions, commercial real estate and general business and corporate law. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association (inactive) and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. She remains active in IMPACT 100 Pensacola Bay Area, a women’s philanthropic organization serving Escambia and Santa Rosa counties in Florida.
