Jack H. Pouchert joined the firm as an associate in 2022. Mr. Pouchert’s primary areas of practice are various types of business and commercial litigation, banking, finance, bankruptcy & creditor’s rights, and probate, estate, and trust litigation.

Mr. Pouchert received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in Legal Studies with a Minor in Finance in 2017 from the University of West Florida. In 2020, he received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Cumberland School of Law and his Master’s in Business Administration, with honors, from Samford University. He served as the Student Materials Editor on the Board of the Cumberland Law Review. Mr. Pouchert also received the Scholar of Merit award for his studies in Constitutional Law.

During law school, Mr. Pouchert clerked for the Honorable Judge Gary Bergosh of the First Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. He also completed several clerkships in the areas of Securities Litigation, Energy and Environmental Compliance, State and Local Tax and Economic Development, and Employment Litigation. Prior to joining Carver Darden, Mr. Pouchert handled a variety of Construction, First Party Property, Employment, and general litigation matters.

Mr. Pouchert is a Pensacola native and enjoys the opportunity to assist clients in his local community and throughout the State of Florida. Outside of the office, he enjoys the beach, traveling, and spending time with his family.
