Jacquelyn L. Duhon joined the firm as an associate in 2018. Her practice is predominantly focused on business organizations, commercial lending, financial and real estate transactions and commercial litigation. Her business practice includes corporate, limited liability company and partnership formation and structuring, acquisitions, mergers and general business matters and advices.

Ms. Duhon received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in History from Louisiana State University in 2013. She later attended the Paul M. Hebert Center at Louisiana State University where she graduated cum laude and earned her J.D. and Diploma in Comparative Law. While she was in law school, Jacquelyn was accepted onto the Louisiana Law Review and served on the Student Bar Association as Class Representative of her graduating class. She was also a student practitioner in the LSU Law Immigration Clinic.
