Nathan R. Jurgensen joined the firm as an associate in 2018. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Speech Communication in 2013 and his Master of Arts in Strategic Communication in 2014, both from Liberty University. In 2018, he received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He received the award for Outstanding Achievement in the Program of Study in Real Estate Law.
In Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 he participated in the Economic Justice Clinic at the University of Notre Dame Clinical Law Center, in which he represented low-income clients in real estate, consumer, and collection litigation. In Fall 2017, he drafted an amicus curiae brief for the Maryland Court of Appeals on zombie foreclosures and mortgage servicing. During Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 he also served as Chapter President of the Notre Dame Federalist Society, in which position he led a team that organized debates and lectures aimed at generating academic discussion on constitutional and national policy issues.
Mr. Jurgensen is admitted to the Florida Bar. His practice is primarily focused on real estate transactions and development, real estate litigation, and general business litigation. Mr. Jurgensen previously worked as a summer associate in Carver Darden’s clerkship program.
