Patara Ogunc

Patara Ogunc joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s New Orleans office in 2024. Her practice includes financial transactions, commercial contracts, and business organizations.

Patara received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2020. She then received her J.D. and Certificate of Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from Loyola New Orleans College of Law in 2024. During law school, Patara was a member of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest and worked as a summer law clerk under the firm’s clerkship program.
