Patara Ogunc

Patara Ogunc joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s New Orleans office in 2024 and operates out of both the New Orleans and Mandeville offices. Her practice includes financial transactions, commercial contracts, and business organizations. Additionally, she assists in estate planning, oil and gas matters, commercial litigation, succession litigation, environmental litigation, property law & insurance coverage litigation, as well as a variety of other matters. 

Patara received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2020. She then received her J.D. and Certificate of Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from Loyola New Orleans College of Law in 2024. During law school, Patara was a member of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest and worked as a summer law clerk under the firm’s clerkship program.
