Robert S. Rushing

Robert S. Rushing, a partner with the firm, practices in the areas of commercial litigation, taxation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, real estate, and corporate and business law. He received his Bachelor of Arts in 2001 from the University of South Alabama, and received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the Appalachian School of Law in 2005. In 2013 he received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama. Robert is a member of the Florida Bar, the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar and the American Bar Association.
