Carver Darden hopes that you and your loved ones are safe and sound. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who have been impacted by Hurricane Ida.

Although our New Orleans and Belle Chasse offices are temporarily without power, all of our attorneys are set up to operate remotely and are doing so now. Should you need to contact the Firm, you may still do so through the same phone numbers and email addresses. The Firm is fully operational at other locations, including our Pensacola office. Carver Darden is continuing to service its clients’ legal matters, including those issues created by Hurricane Ida, to the same high standards.

We are monitoring the closures of various State and Federal courts and public offices in the Gulf Coast region. We will keep you posted on how these closures may impact your matters.
