Travis Morock Serves as Adjunct Professor at UWF

Carver Darden is pleased to announce that Travis M. Morock will serve as an Adjunct Professor at the University of West Florida where he will be teaching Bankruptcy as part of the Legal Studies Program.  The legal studies program at UWF focuses on the skills students need to succeed in law school. The school focuses on learning through doing, using real-world simulations and exercises.

Travis is a member in the firm practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, business law, and commercial litigation.  He has experience working on a variety of litigation issues for his clients, including claims for breach of contract and fiduciary duties, real estate foreclosures, bankruptcy adversary proceedings stemming from fraudulent and preferential transfers, claims for tortious interference with business relationships, and employment disputes. He is a prior President of the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association and current Director.
