David S. Landry, who pioneered the establishment of the Northshore office, is a Member and has more than 25 years of legal expertise. His practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, bank litigation, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, contract negotiations, succession planning, estate planning, oil and gas matters, environmental litigation, property law, and insurance coverage litigation. David is also experienced in the representation of healthcare providers, and in particular, physicians and their legal issues, as well as enforcement of creditors’ rights, liens and privileges, collections, foreclosure, lender liability claims and indemnity disputes. David is very active in the St. Tammany Parish community and is a member of the Board of the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and a past Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Stephen P. Scullin is also a Member and his practice is predominantly focused on real estate and financial transactions, commercial lending, and business organizations, including mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Stephen advises clients on energy and oil and gas law, solar and renewable energy law, property law, estate planning, and succession law. He represents individuals, companies, developers, and lenders on a wide range of commercial transactions throughout Louisiana. Stephen is a Board Member and the Secretary of the Gulf Coast Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Patrick R. Stewart is an Associate at Carver Darden. His practice includes commercial litigation, business transactions, renewable energy, oil and gas, and property law.
