Carver Darden law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation paralegal to come work in a great law firm environment. Candidates should have 5+ years of paralegal experience in complex, commercial or business litigation, including experience with pretrial discovery and trial preparation. Must have good computer skills, including ability for management of electronic documents, eDiscovery and large document productions.  Candidates should be well organized and professional, capable of meeting deadlines, and possesses a can-do attitude.  This full-time position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
