Carver Darden Relocating New Orleans Office to Pan-American Life Center

After 32 years in the Energy Centre, the firm will occupy the newly renovated 19th floor at 601 Poydras St., effective August 7, 2026

NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana — Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux, L.L.C., a New Orleans-based business law firm, announced Thursday that it will relocate its main office to the Pan-American Life Center. Effective Aug. 10, 2026, the firm will occupy the newly renovated 19th floor at 601 Poydras St., Suite 1900, New Orleans, LA 70130.

The move relocates the firm’s New Orleans office approximately five blocks away from the Energy Centre, its home in the New Orleans Central Business District for the past 32 years. Before, during and after the transition, attorneys and staff can be reached at the same email addresses and telephone numbers.

Founded in 1994, Carver Darden has served clients throughout Louisiana and the Gulf South for decades. The firm’s business-focused practice includes commercial litigation and transactional services across a spectrum of areas such as banking and finance, business and corporate law, construction, insurance coverage, maritime, oil and gas, intellectual property, real estate, estate planning and tax.

Although the firm’s main office address is changing, its approach to client service is not. Clients can expect the same commitment to excellence, the same responsiveness and the same smart, practical legal counsel.

The firm will complete its move to the Pan-American Life Center in early August with no interruption to ongoing matters. Its offices in Mandeville, Belle Chasse and Pensacola are unaffected by the relocation.
