With a deep commitment to the title industry and a strong vision for its future, Brian brings proven leadership, extensive experience, and unwavering dedication to this important role. The firm looks forward to his continued impact and advocacy on behalf of FLTA and its members.
The FLTA's mission is to support the land title profession for the protection of property rights and the integrity and security of real estate transactions.
Brian is a partner with the firm, practicing in the Pensacola office. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Real Estate. He received his B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) with high honors from the University of Florida in 2000 and his J.D. with honors from the University of Mississippi in 2002. His practice focuses on commercial litigation; real estate litigation; probate and trust litigation; real estate transactions; debt enforcement actions; and general business and corporate law.
He has actively served on the Board of Directors for FLTA since 2022 and received the President’s Award (2025). Additionally, Brian is a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the preeminent national association of commercial real estate lawyers. He is also a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is actively involved with several substantive committees within the Section. He currently serves as Co-Chair of the Real Property Problems Study Committee, as well as Vice-Chair of the Amicus Coordination Committee.
