New Orleans City Business - A selection committee has chosen this years 50 honorees based on their legal, professional and community contributions. Honorees will be recognized at a cocktail reception from 5-8 p.m. March 5 at the New Orleans Museum of Art. Frank A. Tessier is one of the 50 honorees.
