J. Patrick Gaffney has joined the Firm as our newest Partner. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gaffney was Senior Vice President and counsel at Hibernia National Bank, where he handled workout transactions, debt enforcement actions, asset sales, general lending advices, bankruptcy, and defense of lender liability claims.
