Joseph S. Schwertz, Jr. has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Mr. Schwertz was formerly executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Whitney Holding Corporation and Whitney Bank, an $11 billion commercial bank with 160 branches located along the Gulf Coast from Tampa to Houston.
