Carver Darden attorney Travis M. Morock was recently selected to join the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association.  

The Escambia~Santa Rosa Bar Association is a nonprofit voluntary organization for attorneys and judges in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties in Florida. The Association has approximately 700 members and its purpose is multi-fold. The mission is to "engender fellowship among members of the Association; to maintain standards of the Bar; to foster and uphold respect for the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States; and to disseminate among members information from time to time as to current events in legal circles." 

The Young Lawyers Division is available to attorneys that are 35 or younger, or have less than 5 years of legal practice.  A member attorney must be a member of the Escambia~Santa Rosa Bar Association.  In addition to fostering and assisting young lawyers’ development in the legal profession, the Young Lawyers Division is active in the community through its members participation in various local charity events throughout the year including: Breakfast with Santa, Backpack Buddies Program, and the High School Mock Trial Competition.

Travis Morock is an associate in the Carver Darden Pensacola office and his practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate and general commercial litigation. He has experience working with on a variety of transactional issues for his clients, including business formation, contracts, partner relationships, vendor and investment agreements, and has also handled foreclosure issues.  His clients include individuals, banks and financial institutions, small businesses, professional services and physician groups and health care entities. As part of his legal practice, Mr. Morock counsels many of his clients relating to legal advices for their business.
