Russell Foster presented an Employment Law Update to the National Sheriffs' Association in Washington, D.C. on February 5, 2017. The presentation covered a wide range of employment issues affecting sheriffs in their capacity as public-sector employers. A lively discussion with the audience  - composed largely of sheriffs and their in-house attorneys who advise them on employment-related matters - followed.
