New Orleans, LA – Russell Foster will present on EEOC investigations and unique labor & employment issues in government with EEOC Trial Attorney, Andrew B. Kingsley. Russ will follow with a presentation on Covenants Not to Compete in Louisiana, including a discussion of multi-jurisdictional issues raised by Louisiana’s unique statute governing noncompetes. The presentations are part of The Seminar Group’s Labor & Employment Law Conference scheduled to take place in New Orleans on May 7 & 8. Russ will speak on May 8 at 9:10 a.m.
