Stacy S. Brown has been elected President of the New Orleans Chapter Energy Bar Association. The New Orleans Chapter of the EBA has recently installed a new Board of Directors. The officers are Stacy Brown, President, David Hunter, Vice-President and Aimee Hebert, Secretary/Treasurer. The Board also includes ten non-officer directors: Frank Barber, Emory Belton, Jr., Michael Coney, Timothy Jacquet, Anthony Marino, Susie Morgan, John Shirley, Michael Smith, Stevia Walther and Paul Zimmering. The Board of Directors is comprised of in-house counsel for utility and E&P companies, as well as attorneys in private practice.
