Pensacola, FL  – Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux LLC is pleased to announce that Travis M. Morock was promoted as a Member of the firm effective January 1, 2025.

Travis focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate, business law, and commercial litigation.  He has experience working on a variety of litigation issues for his clients, including claims for breach of contract and fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, real estate foreclosures and title issues, bankruptcy adversary proceedings stemming from fraudulent and preferential transfers, claims for tortious interference with business relationships, and employment disputes. In addition, Travis has experience handling a range of transactional matters like commercial and residential real estate closings, business formation, purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, and non-solicitation agreements. He represents individuals, banks and financial institutions, small businesses, physician groups, landlords, and real estate developers and companies.

Travis received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with high honors in 2011 from Florida Gulf Coast University. He went on to receive his J.D. with honors in 2015 from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. After graduating law school, he relocated to Pensacola and has become actively involved in the community through his participation and leadership with civic and professional organizations, including the Northern District of Florida Bankruptcy Bar Association and United Way of West Florida.
