David practices in the New Orleans Metropolitan area and the Northshore and handles all types of business and commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, construction, contract, and property disputes, non-competition and non-solicitation litigation, breach of fiduciary duty litigation, successions, estate planning, and adoptions.
He represents individuals, banks and financial institutions, small and large businesses, landlords, and successions.
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, with a concentration in Political Communication, from Louisiana State University’s Manship School of Mass Communication. He received his J.D. and Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University.
David is also subject of the award-winning documentary “I Lived on Parker Avenue” which inspired the full feature film “Lifemark”. Lifemark released in theaters nationwide in 2022 and reached Netflix’s Global Top 10 in the first week of its release in 2024 with 3.5 million views. David continues to advocate for and share his adoption story around the country and includes adoption as a portion of his practice.
