Areaux and Conor Lutkewitte for their recent achievements and contributions to both the firm and the legal practice.  Both Rebecca and Conor were listed in the 2024 publication Best Lawyers in America as “Ones to Watch” for their business acumen in their respective legal practices.

Rebecca Areaux joined the firm in 2018 and was recently recognized for her Banking and Finance Law practice.  Rebecca’s practice is also concentrated in the areas of Intellectual Property, Data Privacy and Computer Software. She has experience prosecuting and maintaining trademarks, service marks and brands, as well as litigating trademark and copyright disputes. In the fields of Data Privacy and Computer Software, Rebecca advises clients on Privacy Policies and SaaS agreements, and Rebecca also litigates computer software disputes. Conor Lutkewitte joined the firm in 2022 and was also recently recognized in “Ones to Watch” Banking and Finance Law, as well as Commercial Litigation.  Conor’s practice is varied and also includes an emphasis on commercial transactions and creditors’ rights and bankruptcy law, including representation of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and defense of lenders in adversarial proceedings.
