Scullin, was recently selected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF).  ABF Fellows are a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the legal profession.  The group is a peer-nominated global honor society and is compromised of 1% of licensed attorneys.

Stephen is a partner in the firm, and provides his clients with practical and cost-efficient resolutions to their complicated legal issues.  His practice is predominantly focused on real estate and financial transactions, commercial lending, and business organizations, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts.  He also advises clients with respect to energy and oil and gas law, solar and renewable energy law, property law, estate planning, and succession law.  Stephen represents individuals, companies, developers, and lenders on a wide range of commercial transactions throughout Louisiana.
